Founded in Abu Dhabi in 2023, Ice Station grew from a personal passion into an Emirati soft serve concept shaped by experimentation and a respect for nature.

The ambition was to move beyond familiar flavours, explore unexpected ingredients, and create something distinctive. Along the way, Emirati heritage became more than inspiration. It became part of the brand’s identity.
